TRANSPORT PROVIDED - Social support and community engagement – Groups Social Supports: healthAbility’s Social Activities Groups provide group services that support a person’s need for social connection and participation in community life. The numerous social activities are designed to meet a person’s interests and abilities, supporting social engagement, meeting new friends and sharing and learning . Our programs, activities and outings support people’s abilities for ease of access, are comfortable, fun and in safe venues and settings.
