EV Community Transport
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Please only refer if there is an immediate or definite transport need. Appointments will be taken at the time of Assessment. We transport independent clients (must be able to get in and out of the vehicle unaided - driver will assist with aids and bags), to enable people to participate in social and recreational activities, visit family and friends, attend activity groups, shop, attend medical and health appointments. We transport across all metropolitan suburbs. Our service is delivered by Volunteers. Contribution fees apply. There is no limit to the trips per week. Common destinations include Box Hill, Melbourne City, Bundoora, Heidelberg. Clients undertaking general anaesthetic can only be transported to the appointment. Clients receiving Chemotherapy or radiation therapy can be transported. We operate Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Fridays 9am to 3pm.
