This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
The Continence Advisory Service offers specialized support with a restorative focus to people with urinary or faecal incontinence and/or chronic bladder/bowel issues.
A continence advisor, will do a thorough individual assessment and work with you to develop a plan to help you self-manage your issue/s.
