This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
***COMMUNITY BUS ACTIVITIES***
***This service runs to a strict group timetable. We are unable to take clients to their individual appointments*** Community Bus transport for shopping, groups, libraries, swimming pools, movie house. Kingston residents only. If client is also wanting to access community bus outings, such as social luncheons, day trips, morning melodies, please issue a referral for both transport direct and social support group. Client must be able to enter/exit the bus safely without the need for physical staff assistance, using the steps and grab rails positioned to assist safe transfers. Clients must be capable of mobilising independently (aids ok) at the destination.
Volunteer Transport unavailable at present time.
***Note: Highett and Oakleigh South overlap with other council catchments. Please check client's address is within Kingston Council catchment***
