Conditions of program when open:
Support for people who are socially isolated, do not drive, and are unable to access public transport, to access the community and to attend scheduled medical appointments. For example, visiting friends/relatives, shopping, local community activities and recreational activities including pools, attending chemo/dialysis, specialist appointments, physio, rehab, etc. Short term subject to a review/cancellation at any time. Client must have an immediate need and must use the service regularly as we are unable to give vouchers to clients on a 'just in case' basis or 'for emergencies'. Allocated trips are considered case-by-case. If consumers have a 1/2 price taxi card, they will not be eligible to receive our taxi card. Enquiries to info@accesscare.org.au
