NOTE: Highett and Oakleigh South suburbs overlap council catchments, please check client's address via 'https://www.vic.gov.au/know-your-council'. OT only. We have limited funding to be able to provide an OT assessment for a limited number of clients. This service is available for in home safety assessments with a home modification focus to provide standard rails in bathrooms, toilets and access points which will then be installed by our Home Modification department here at Accesscare at a cost to the client. For clients who require a referral to SWEP to access funding for modifications we recommend referring to a community OT provider as we are unable to assist with this process. We are NOT the agency to refer to if the client is only requiring assessments for equipment- such as alarms, hi/low beds, recliner chairs, pressure mattresses, over toilet seats etc.
