This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Meals on Wheels is a community service to people who are frail aged younger disabled and their carers. The purpose of the meal service is to assist people and enable them to live comfortably in their own homes. Fresh and frozen meals are delivered to your home by volunteers. Our service includes Soup, Main course, sweets & juice.
