Talk Health Therapy is a team of allied health professionals that includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians, Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists. Working with seniors as part of the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), we provide personalised support to help our clients maintain independence, safety and well-being at home. If you or your loved one requires the help of a specialist to overcome mobility challenges, recover from injury, manage daily life or improve speech, swallowing and communication, contact our team and we will create a short-term restorative care plan. Our mobile services include: Physiotherapy (mobile and telehealth) Speech Pathology Occupational Therapy Dietetics (mobile and telehealth) Exercise physiology The Dietitian or Nutritionist service is a telehealth-only, delivered by our team of professionals. Clients will need a device with a camera and microphone (such as a smartphone, PC, laptop) and internet connection.
