Better Health Network - Community Transport
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
We do not provide taxi vouchers. Transport is provided by volunteers. Registration is required prior to receiving transport. Transport requests need to be made one week before appointment - unfortunately, we cannot service last minute requests. We operate Monday to Friday 9 - 5. All transport is dependent on volunteer availability.
