Join our Mind & Move exercise program to boost your fitness and mental sharpness, or take part in games, outings, hobby sessions, and community events – all designed to help you thrive and make new friends.
Facilitated by caring staff and volunteers, our groups meet
Monday to Friday 9.00 - 4.00pm and provide:
