St John's Community Care Innisfail
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home program.
St Johns Overnight Respite Program offers emergency overnight and short term respite in our comfortable cottage, providing 24/7 care. This program provides relief and support to the carer to enable them to continue in their caring role with the knowledge that there is someone caring for them. Overnight Respite offers short term, 24 hour care in a St Johns facility which is a home like environment with home cooked meals and a range of activites. You can spend up to two days in the Centre at any one time. Respite client contribution includes 24 hour quality support from trained Care Workers, nutritious meals and snacks, refreshments, all activities and transport to and from the centre if you need it. St Johns staff undergo training for their role, ensuring quality care services are delivered. With over 25 years’ experience in aged care, we collaborate with individuals, families, health services, community groups and agencies in developing care plans/services to achieve person’s wish.
