We provide several group exercises (on site & online) programs that aim to improve your strength, mobility, and general fitness. Some examples of these are: - Stepping On ( 7 weeks fall prevention program) - Remain Active (general strength, mobility & flexibility) - Walking groups - Pilates, Yoga & meditation Some of the benefits you’ll receive from the Mind+Move Hub at Casula include: - Lifelong learning – Keeping your brain active and expanding skills through our art therapy, trivia, games, book clubs and much more. - Social connection – Make new friends, enjoy online music concerts and share common interests across all activities. - Movement – Keep the body active through exercise classes, thereby improving strength and balance.
