Life Without Barriers is a national not-for-profit organisation providing care and support services across Australia. We started small, but we've grown to over 100 offices in Australia. We think local but draw on our wealth of experience to make sure local communities - from city suburbs to remote townships - receive the support and services that are right for them. Helping clients to retain their independence is key to our client directed care approach. At Life Without Barriers we know that getting older doesn't mean you should stop doing the things you enjoy or living the life of your choosing. We're here to help. Our Commonwealth Home Support Programme is tailored to assist you to remain living at home for as long as possible and to enable you to have choice and flexibility in the way that care and support is provided at your home.

Life Without Barriers - Victoria offers home care services through both the Support at Home program and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) . You will only be eligible for services under one program—your assessment outcome will outline which program you have been approved for.

Help to stay connected with your community and culture, in person or online.

Accompanied activities, Cultural support, Individual social support, Group social support, Assistance to maintain personal affairs, Digital education and support

Personal care

Services if you need help with bathing, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and communication.

Personal care services include:
Assistance with self-administration of medications, Assistance with self-care and activities of daily living
