Consultations are available onsite at our new Goolwa Community Hub Health & Wellness Centre at Goolwa and direct to the client’s home via a clinician visit or Telehealth. Southern Cross Care offer a wide range of allied health and therapy services including hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, accredited exercise physiology, occupational therapy, social work, dietetics, podiatry, registered nursing and massage therapy. This centre offers high-quality allied health and exercise services to help you live an active, healthy and independent life.Our experienced friendly team will work together with you to get you onto your best health pathway using our range of specialised programs for physical, social and mental health, group exercise or one to one therapy, and chronic condition management. In addition, our Occupational Therapists can offer a range of home safety options to keep you safe and living in your home for the future.
