The rooms in this newly opened facility are spacious with a built-in wardrobe and includes a lockable drawer for private items. Sufficient space is provided for personal belongings and items of furniture. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have full carpeting and quality fittings. A small private lounge is located close to the rooms with access to the main lounge and dining area. All rooms have picture rails for displaying of personal mementos. Many of these rooms have close access to the social areas offered including the cafe, library, and hairdressing salon. These rooms all have large picture windows which face into the internal courtyard areas and the walkways.

The large windows enable the resident to enjoy the sunny aspect throughout the day. A small number of these rooms have views of either the surrounding community or views of the Derwent River.

All of these room have a magnificent view of either the Derwent River or the rolling hills of the Waverly Reserve. The resident will have the opportunity to enjoy the morning sun through the large picture window
