Dementia Services Top End
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
The Top End Memory Service is a multidisciplinary team, comprising a clinical nurse consultant, an occupational therapist and a part time geriatrician. Memory Clinics are held in Royal Darwin Hospital, Palmerston Specialist Clinic and in Katherine and in remote communities as required and able, otherwise remote clients come into main centres for assessment.
