Cumberland City Council's Social Inclusion Team support our customers to lead active lives, improving their wellbeing and quality of life, and therefore better enabling them to remain in their homes and in their communities living independently, minimizing premature admission to residential care institutions. Our programs aim to provide customers with comprehensive support through social inclusion activities, promoting an active lifestyle and reducing social isolation, while at the same time providing respite for their carers. Services available include: Wellness Activities (in centre program), Social Outings, Shopping Services, Home Visits, Transport Services (to and from our programs) & Over 55's Health Programs.
