Home Modifications include any work to your home which changes it to make it safer, more accessible, or easier to use. This may include a hand held shower, grab rails to the shower or bath, handrails to internal and external steps, wedge ramps, access ramps, step modifications, chair and bed raisers, widening of doorways or a lock box for carer access.
