Aim:
Through Kurranulla Aboriginal Corporation’s Gnarra CHSP Project our Social Support Group for individuals is provided to clients of our service to support them to:
• Manage and maintain health, wellbeing and personal life skills
• Access recreational activities and educational opportunities
• Maintain relationships with family and friends
• Encourage connections in the community
• Avoid social and cultural isolation
We can assist:
• Home visits
• Help with shopping
• Assistance with appointments
• Planned recreational activities:
Community events Cultural outings/activities including health and wellbeing programs
• Advocacy
• Referrals to other services eg: personal care
• Cultural connections
