Read about the latest updates on the My Aged Care website and in the Online Account—including improvements to Fee estimator and Make a referral, a video on how to use the Online Account, and easier access to the Online Account through myGov.

Due to scheduled maintenance, Apply for an assessment, Make a referral, Non-compliance checker and Contact us tools will be unavailable on Sunday 22 May 9:00am – 5:00pm (AEST). The My Aged Care Online Account and associated portals will also be unavailable during this time.

Starting from July 2023, a single Support at Home Program will replace all help at home programs.
