A residents and relatives meeting was held on 5 February 2019.

The advisor was appointed by the approved provider on 26 January 2019.

Current status of service Current status of service The Department and the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency are continuing to monitor the service. On 19 February 2010, the Agency advised that serious risk had been mitigated. On 2 July 2010, Sanction 2 lifted Sanction 1 expired on 3 August 2010.
