  1. The approved provider is not eligible to receive Commonwealth subsidies for any new care recipients at the service for a period of three (3) months.
Further requirements:
Revocation of approved provider status, unless the following actions are undertaken:
a) an adviser is appointed by the approved provider for a period of three (3) months (ceasing 20 May 2020), at its expense, to assist the approved provider to comply with its responsibilities in relation to care and services;
c) the approved provider provides relevant training within three (3) months (completion by 20 May 2020), at its expense, for its officers, employees and agents and to demonstrate that they have provided this training.
