The Department and the Quality Agency are continuing to monitor the service
The administrator appointed by the approved provider commenced on 11 May 2018.
The adviser appointed by the approved provider commenced on 11 May 2018.The residents and representatives meeting was held on 18 May 2018.
On 31 October 2018, a Delegate of the Department made the decision to lift the sanctions applied to this approved provider.
