In order to avoid the imposition of a revocation sanction under section 63N of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018, the approved provider is required to agree to the following in writing by 5.00pm on 18 January 2021:
The Provider must provide a written training plan to the Commission by 5:00pm on 27 January 2021 and written evidence of successful completion of the specified training by 20 April 2021.

An advisor was appointed by the approved provider on 20 January 2021.
Residents and relatives were notified on 18 January 2021.

On 25 July 2008, the Agency advised that serious risk had been mitigated. The Service has appointed an Adviser. Sanction 1 lifted on 15 October 2008. Sanction 2 expired on 8 January 2009.|
