  1. The approved provider is not eligible to receive Commonwealth subsidies for any new care recipients at the service for a period of six (6) months.
Further requirements:
Revocation of approved provider status, unless the following actions are undertaken:
a)    an adviser is appointed by the approved provider for a period of six (6) months (ceasing 9 June 2021), at its expense, to assist the approved provider to comply with its responsibilities in relation to care and services;
b)    the approved provider provides relevant training within six (6) months (completion by 9 June 2021), at its expense, for its officers, employees and agents and to demonstrate that they have provided this training.
