A notice of non-compliance was issued to the approved provider for the following reasons:
Failure to comply with the requirements of Part 4.3 of the
Aged Care Act 1997. Specifically:

- In relation to keeping and retaining records relating to the service in accordance with paragraph 63-1(1)(a); and

- In relation to conducting, in a proper manner, appraisals under section 25-3, or reappraisals under section 27-5, of the care needs of care recipients provided with care through the Service in accordance with paragraph 63-1(1)(h).

The Approved Provider has remedied the non-compliance.
