Revocation of approved provider status, unless an adviser, with a clinical background and nursing experience, who has the appropriate skills, qualifications and background to assist the approved provider to comply with their responsibilities, and is approved by the Commonwealth, is appointed by the approved provider for a period of three (3) months. 2. Revocation of approved provider status, unless the approved provider agrees to provide relevant training within three (3) months, at its expense, for its officers, employees and agents to support them in meeting the needs of care recipients. 3. The approved provider is not eligible to receive Australian Government subsidies for any new care recipients until 30 calendar days after the commencement of the nurse adviser.

Current status of service Current status of service The Department and the Accreditation Agency are continuing to monitor the Service. A Nurse Adviser commenced work at the Service on 5 September 2013. The Residents and Representatives meeting was held on 9 September 2013. On 24 September 2013, the Accreditation Agency made a decision that serious risk at the Service had been resolved. On 5 October 2013, sanction 3 expired.
