If you need information about COVID-19, you can call the National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 020 080.
The helpline is free and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are also options available for priority groups.
What can the National Coronavirus Helpline assist with?
You may want to call the National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 020 080 to:
- learn about COVID-19 restrictions
- speak to someone about vaccines
- learn about aged care support services
- talk to someone about mental health.
What if I speak another language other than English?
If you prefer to speak in a language other than English, an interpreter can help.
Call the Translating and interpreting Service on 131 450, then ask for your preferred language.
Once you have selected your language, ask the interpreter to connect you to the National Coronavirus Helpline.
What if my enquiry relates to aged care services?
If you need information or assistance with your aged care services, you can call the My Aged Care contact centre on 1800 200 422.
