How do I get involved?
Share your thoughts by completing a 15-minute survey either:
- online on the Department of Health’s website
- printed copy by calling 1800 318 209 and requesting a copy of the survey and reply-paid envelope.
What is the deadline?
The survey closes after Tuesday, 24 May 2022.
