The Seniors Card entitles older people to a range of benefits from the government and businesses. The cards are free of charge and available to people over 60 years to recognise the contribution seniors make to the community. They are issued by the state and territory governments.
Eligibility and benefits vary from state to state, but can include discounts on state government transport, car and motor vehicle registration and entry to tourist attractions such as art galleries, national parks and events.
